Irene Ortiz-Glass
Irene Ortiz-Glass is the Founder and CEO of Leadership Advisory Group, LLC, bringing over 23 years of experience as a global leader in talent development, executive coaching, and organizational strategy. Irene has now launched Creed Collective due to her deep passion for helping people align identity and purpose for success in work and life.
Before launching her firm, she held leadership roles at SAP, overseeing the Cloud business, global talent, and North America Sales, and previously helped launch Korn/Ferry's Leadership and Talent practice, where she specialized in executive coaching and succession planning for C-Suite and board-level executives.
Irene has developed a holistic, human-centric coaching approach, working extensively with startup founders, CEOs, and high-potential leaders across industries including CPG, Technology, Retail, Entertainment, and PE/VC-backed companies. She is particularly passionate about supporting Type A executives facing burnout.
Irene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership and is certified in holistic health and neuroscience. Irene is an author and speaker on topics including resilience, mental health, perfectionism, and women's wellness.
